The "Casara" is a residential compound with nice holiday apartments like our Casara 18: this two-room apartment on the 1st floor is perfect for 2 to 4 people and has: living room with new sofa bed (2018), kitchenette, furnished balcony to the south, bedroom with double bed and small balcony to the north, bathroom with shower. Simple but modern furniture, large fridge, washing machine, satellite TV, reserved parking space, air conditioning (July and August included in the rent price), WiFi connection. Small dogs are welcome! Each block of the Casara compound has its own swimming pool with sun loungers: this guarantees peace and relaxation despite the size of the entire complex.
Complex and location:
A recent residential quarter with an individual style built between 1999 and 2001, with several capacious swimming pools with childrens corner. The central position, at only 400 meters distance from the lake and from the ancient town walls of Lazise, enable inhabitants to leave their car at home and reach the center on foot. All apartments have one garage or one private parking space. As the apartments are situated in different parts of the residential quarter and have the use of different swimming pools, these apartments are not suited for composite families and youth groups. Very quite complex, though pretty big. Please do not open any beach-umbrellas by the swimming pools. Beach-loungers available for everybody at the pool, please do not take them with you in the apartment.
