Our spacious three-room holiday apartment with free Wi-Fi, swimming pool and air conditioning is located just a few steps away from the thermal park of Colà di Lazise "Villa dei Cedri" and offers a convenient solution for a wonderful holiday Lazise and Lake Garda. Living room and kitchen were renovated in 2019 to ensure comfort for the staying of a family of 5. The holiday apartment "Terme" is on the first floor of a private house with outdoor parking and has a south-west balcony overlooking the pool and a small balcony to the east. It is composed of a living room with kitchenette and a comfortable double sofa bed (new, 2019), 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed, 1 bathroom with shower and a washing machine. The services offered include: TV, air conditioning, dishwasher, free Wi-Fi, induction oven, large fridge with freezer. The pool is only occasionally used by another couple of tenants of the same building, so it is almost exclusive to our guests and guarantees privacy and tranquility. The shops in the historic center of the beautiful village of Colà di Lazise are located 200 meters from the apartment, the nearest beaches are in Pacengo di Lazise, which can also be reached by bicycle via a beautiful secondary road. The historic center of Lazise can be reached by car in 5 minutes. The parking space is located directly below the house, in the quiet street that leads to a supermarket and some nice shops (bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlor) in the pretty village of Colà. Independent house built in 1999 with private swimming pool and 4 appartments of which only one is rented, at 400 m from the Termal Bath "Villa dei Cedri" at Colà di Lazise. The main square, shops, restaurant and pizzeria of the quiet village Colà di Lazise can be reached on foot in five minutes! The next beach is located in Pacengo, which can be reached also by bike (around 1.5 Km). The very historical centre of Lazise is located 4 Km far away from Colà (5 minutes by car). Car parking directly at the house. Pets are welcome, on request. Swimming pool is open from Mid May until Mid September.
